Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the graphic design services provided by In All Things Creative ("us," "we," or "our").

Your engagement with our graphic design services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients and users who access or use our graphic design services.

1. Scope of Services

We offer graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, print design, web design, and other related services, as described on our website or as agreed upon in our client contract.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in any work product created by us shall remain the property of In All Things Creative until payment is made in full by the client. Upon full payment, the client shall be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work product for its intended purpose.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and any materials required for the project. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs.

4. Payments

Payment terms and amounts will be outlined in our client contract. Payments must be made promptly as agreed upon. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the suspension of services.

5. Revisions

We offer a limited number of revisions as stated in our client contract. Additional revisions beyond this limit may be subject to extra charges.

6. Confidentiality

We will treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not share or disclose this information to third parties without the client's consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or contract in writing. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for services provided up to the termination date.

8. Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project, a cancellation fee may be charged based on the work completed and costs incurred.

9. Disputes

Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be subject to legal action as per the laws of Vilas County, WI.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vilas County, WI, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify clients of material changes in advance.
