frequently asked questions
If you’re interested in getting time estimates for certain tasks, I’m happy to let you know! Here’s a list of some common designs tasks and how long they take me: 4 Pinterest Templates (20min), Email Opt-In Design (1hr), 1 Social Media Graphic (10min), Business Card Design (30min). My most popular package is 2 hours, and my clients always use their time up.
I do require a 2-month minimum. After that time period you are free to cancel at any time as long as you give 2-weeks notice.
Honestly most design tasks! If a task does go outside the scope of the package, I will let you know. The only thing that really isn’t covered in this service is branding. For that I would refer you to my VIP Design Day!
If you desire more hourly support each month we can definitely discuss upgrading your package!
